I don't know about "thoroughly explain(ing)" them, but I can give a brief interpretation of each!. They're obviously all part of an anti-abortion campaign:
1 - This comic is expressing the idea that Planned Parenthood pushes abortion so much in the public eye, that it is advertising on Mars before any sign of life is found there or any sort of colonization is even considered!.
2 - A statement indicating that when a woman has an abortion, she is breaking off pieces of herself!. This might represent a loss of dignity, self-respect, or merely a literal interpretation of genetics!.
3 - The woman is preparing to "pull the plug" on her pregnancy!. It is such an awful action that she can't bear to watch herself do it!.
