Sabura and Kamui are only in the Acid Tokyo arc of the manga, which starts at chapter 106!. This was animated into the OVA!.
Seishirou first appears in the Oto Country arc, and is in episode 21- 25 of the anime!. This starts in chapter 34 of the manga!. Seishirou later appears in Kurogane's homeworld, first begins in chapter 167 of the manga!. This was not animated!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
