Contact the US publishers of the manga (their address is usually on the Publisher's Page, that first page before the title page), who will contact the Japanese publishers of the manga, who will contact the artists for you but will not under any circumstance give you their personal addresses (privacy policy)!.
It's the same for authors of novels, fiction and non-fiction!.
Although sometimes on the publisher's page you may find an email address where you can send fanmail!. Try the email first!.
