I believe they do!.
I've seen the latest manga (not available in US yet) and there is a long talk about the Uchiha clan in them!.

Since the Hyuuga all have the Byakugan, and the Sharingan was an evolution of it, it seems likely that female Uchiha would either have the ability to have the Sharingan, or failing that, the Byakugan (if the Sharingan trait is Y-chromasome)!.
Considering the Sharingan has to be unlocked by a time of great stress, and the only female Uchiha we ever see at any length is Sasuke's mom in flashbacks (who does not seem to have it), it's really impossible to say!.
It's actually similar to the DBZ question of if female Saiyans can go Super Saiyan!. We only ever see one female saiyan in combat, and she's only 1/4 Saiyan, and never goes SSJ!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

i dnt think they would be born wit the sharingan (like the Hyuugas)!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.they most likely have to awaken they're sharingan the same way every other Uchiha has to!.
my guess is it happens wen u reach a certain level of either ability or awareness (i say awareness coz it seems that wenever an uchiha soes something drastic theyre sharingan evolves)

Yeah i think it is possible that in the the Uchiha clan to have females born w/ the sharingan!!! I think it doesnt really matter what gender you are if you are an uchciha then you are capable of having the sharingan :] i dont know if that answered your question or not!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
No all uchiha members are suppose to awaken their sharingan by: In a life or death or life threating situation (how sasuke did) or training and experience (how madara did)

No one is born with the sharingan eye!. It eventually develops as the person grows up!. So a female ninja would acquire the eye!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
