I would definitely have to say yes!. I mean, sometimes Naruto characters aren't given enough credit!. And I think its bull-crap that Dragon Ball Z characters can blow up whole planets!. THATS TOTALLY unfair!. I always had one question though: if they can blow up whole planets by just pointing one finger at it, then why can't they just blow up Earth and destroy every saiyan, including goku!. They might be fast, but its not like they can run to some other planet a thousand galaxies away!. If they were able to do that, don't you think that the battle between characters wouldn't have played out as how the anime shows it!. And if they CAN move that fast, then a kamehameha would seem like a slug to them!. I dont know if this made any sense -- but i just find it to be totally illogical!

this is for arben! you stupid ****! anyway, i think that ALL dragon ball z characters would fall flat on their faces in a genjutsu!. they have the skill to dodge, evade, and maybe even block all of those other moves, but a genjutsu fully relies on their brain!. plus none of them even know how to escape a genjutsu so they would all be doomed!. DOOMED!!!!!!

Just with Tsukiyomi by its self he can beat goku!.

Millions of Itachi appear around the male as all take out a needle ( If your true DBZ fan You'll know that Goku hates Needles)!. Chi Chi after two weeks of looking for goku she'd find him in a corner holding his knees tightly rocking back and forth says "Needles" over and over again!.-

First of all Dragon Ball Z is by far the most violent anime ive watched ever, their power is unbelievable, goku as a saiyan could go to goku 1, goku 2, goku 3, etc!.!. and i bet he could destroy the whole planet with his 100% kinkidama or kamehameha and use his instant teleportation to go to another planet!. Naruto on the other hand has a very wide variety of techniques or jutsus, but i bet itatchi would get a punch in his face before even performing a jutsu you should know goku's speed!.
