Yes, Sasuke's Mangekyou Sharingan is enternal because in the Naruto Shippuden anime it clearly states that if you kill another Uchiha and take his eyes that your Mangekyou Sharingan will become enternal, and Sasuke kills Itachi and takes his eyes!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
