I think Voldermort becoz he has magic on his side aswel as brute force which is mainly what Darthvadar has,weapons & brute force!.The magic element is always going to give Voldermort the extra edge i think so i reckon he'd win Vader with his magic any day becoz he has some pretty mean weapons & he has his magic which allows him to do allsorts of unexpected things!.
