1!.) People are drawn to it because of the action sequences!.!.and the "CLICHE" plot

Other fans are drawn to it once it became popular!.
The same thing happened with DeathNote!.!.it use to be a very low-key anime who attracted people by its unique plot!.!.but now since the anime came out!.!.and other anime fans seem to like it!.!.these "follow along" anime fans will go with the trend!. Hey!.!.I'm not saying that if someone influences you to watch an anime!.!.and you like it!.!.thats its BAD!.!.but its so popular because a lot of people like it!. Since a lot of people like it, a lot of people will try checking it out and watching it!. Thats how phenomina's start!.
Personaly, Naruto is way too Clichee' for me!. I liked it for a little while!.!.but its just sooo clichee! And I decided to get away from it before it starts becoming annother InuYasha!.!.(a great anime before its downfall of repeated plots) But oh well!.!.soon this whole Naruto trend will die down too!.

because its addicting!. the whole story line!. the first few episodes are boring but it gets interesting!.

I kind of liked it better way back in the day when they gave more spotlight to each character!. There's like 30+ characters in Naruto, and each one has a pretty good personality and design!. That's hard to pull off all in one anime!.
