Okay!. So remember how Zetsu came to Tobi/Madara and told him about Itachi and Sasuke!? When Naruto came back it was to late to find Sasuke because he was taken by Tobi!. Was Itachi's body taken by Tobi!. Maybe if Itachi's body is still there Saskura or Naruto will have something (Itachi's body) to reminisce about Sasuke!. What if they take his body back to Konoha and Sakura revives him!? If Tobi has Itachi's body then it's going to be really sad to watch his funeral, if they give him one!. I will cry! *sob* See I'm already crying!. Do you have any theories!? What do you think of mine!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Not sure usually he would be eaten by Zetsu however he had a disease so it's unknown at this time!.
I doubt it was taken by Madara because he wouldn't had the time to take it and dispose of it but it's still a possibility!.
also Konoha may find his body but since he had a disease and died from it in the fight with Sasuke,he wouldn't be able to revive!.
Finally I doubt he will get a funeral from the Konoha right now especially since they think he betrayed them and joined Akatsuki and Madara obviously had some problem with him too!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
