I just think it's funny how a villain claims to be the most powerful in the universe, then he/she's killed off only to be replaced by another, more powerful being!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

there's vegeta, freeza, cel, majin-boo, bojack, lord slug, garlic, garlic jr!., that saiyan who ate the fruit who looks like goku!. of course there are the characters who were considered to be the strongest at one point or another: goku, gohan, pikon, that blonde haired guy who was a myth legend!.
