Well considering that Itachi was killed by Sasuke i would say Sasuke is a lot better!!!! Sasuke's nin jutsu are better and he also has sharingan sfigho Itachi's gen jutsu dont work as well!. That is all i have to say!.!.!. except!.!.!.!.
