Question: Can you buy Yaoi at B&N without a parent!?
I am a huge fan of Yaoi, and I want to know if I can buy Yaoi at Barnes and Noble even though I am under 18!. May I!?
Would they not let me buy it!?
I would rather not have my parents w/ me if I get it, they are the people that say "Mark Twain! Agatha Christie! David Chaucer! ect!." you know all the ol' works of litature!?
But because I am going on a book shopping spree(50 B&N gift card+$100+(I have not many other uses)) would it matter!? would they notice!?
What store is better for buying yaoi!? Barnes and Noble or Borders!? Borders seems more laid back even though they have less of a selection of books compared to B&N!.!.

depends on the level of yaoi
if it's something like Gravitation then you can without a parent!.!.!.thats rated OT (older teen)
but if it's something like Kizuna you have to have your parents okay because thats rated for Mature auidences only

The age restriction is a recommendation and I don't think it's enforcable by law (but then again I'm from Aus-land and our laws are different)
I'm not familiar with Borders not supplying yaoi to U18s but I've never bought any aside from 1-2 vols of FAKE!. You could always go with a few friends and their parents if you wanted to be safe!.
Bookstore staff generally don't know what yaoi/yuri is anyway XD If when you first enter the store you ask them where the "yaoi" is they will bend over backwards to find it, and it will lower suspicion on your part when you purchase!.
