Toy Biz lost the rights to the Marvel characters due to a legal loophole that was found by a patent attorney!. It was pretty much a case of Marvel being able to get more money through a deal with Hasbro rather than getting almost nothing from Toy Biz (Marvel had to sell off some of their rights in the 80s to different companies because their new owner f***ed things up)!. In business, when it comes to money the quality of the toys that are being sold to the consumer don't matter!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
