Madara is pretty good with words is he!?
I think he is lying all the way but he tells only a bit of the truth so i think it is up to Naruto to discover the truth and make SAsuke hear it!.
And you may noticed that in all madara's story there is nothing about the demons he is gathering and there is nothing about Kyuubi or naruto witch is very odd
