And i don't think it would take all the characters in Naruto to defeat them it would only take one man and that is Yondaime (4th Hokage)!.
Because he is 100 times faster then they are and he would kill all of them in an instant!.
Or Itachi,The Bleach characters would just look into his eyes and their dead!.
Madara (Tobi) could probably do the same thing to them!.
Oh yh and have you forgotten that Madara,Kakuzu and Hidan are immortal!.

let me line up some of the most powerful characters from bleach
note that the power gap between shikai forms and bankai forms are enormous (smilar to the power gap between konahamaru and naruto)
urahara kisuke - a former captain!.!.!. his zanpakuto is benehime!.
it has two abilities in it's shikai form
1- a barrier that is able to block ichigo's getsuga tensho(bankai)
2- an attack similar in form with and power with getsuga tensho
bankai - still unknown and is already feared by many
yamamoto genryusai - captain comander and 1st div!. captain
his zanpakuto is ryujin jakka!.
it is the oldest and the most powerful fire based zanpakuto!.
the release of it's shikai is enough to engulf a large area in flames burning anything that does not have enough spirit resistance to ashes
bankai - still unknown and is said to be extremely lethal
gin ichimaru - a former captain, as a new recruit he was already capable of killing a seated officer in his squad, his zanpakuto is shinso
in shikai form it takes the form of a kodachi with the ability to extend and bend in anyway he wishes!. another ability is that gin shoots it up in the sky and it starts raining swords similar to it or if it is stabbed in the ground blades rise up to hit anything within a certain area

Well I might as well disagree with Wein K!. Do you think any person would be that foolish to fall for that trick!? Mayuri has almost all the information to all his adversaries/foes/enemies!.
Itachi's Magekyou Sharingan is not that hard to defeat!. Especially if he is fighting Kaname, of course Kaname is blind so how can he see what's in Itachi's eyes!.
also how can you be so sure that Yondaime is faster than shinigamis!? Shinigamis are supernatural being with incredible powers that is beyond extraordinary!. Unlike ninjas thy have the ability to float or fly!.
also, Naruto characters won't be able to see shinigamis, because they are not hollows nor any kind of being that has a powerful reiatsu!.
also, Orihime if she only would use her powers would be able to defeat all of them!. Orihime's powers are god class powers and can destroy the world if she wanted too!.
Of course, How can I forget Aizen!? Illusion you say!? He doesn't needs his eyes to do that for him, and his techniques are very flawless and swift!.

Kenpachi is not an immortal, but I do know one thing he is a monster and will probably demonstrate a massacre killing of a lot of Nartuo characters!. I don't doubt he could beat them one bit, especially if you look into the odds of him getting a shikai and bankai!.
also, if Hidan gets Kenpachi like what he did with Asuma, then he'll definitely lose, because Kenpachi would stab himself numerous of times, and he wouldn't even faint!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Anyways, Naruto characters would win since there are many kinds of jutsu that they can use and they have more powerful techniques than the Bleach characters!.

I know Kido and those stuff!. I know Ceros too!. I know all those ones!. But I never seen them use it much so I can't really tell whether they really are strong or what!.
I've seen a lot of techniques/jutsu in Naruto and they look pretty strong!.
If you give us a kido/ceros/whatever technique from Bleach, I'm sure we can find something from Naruto series that can counter it, that is even stronger!.
