Stop motion Animation.?!

In the early to mid eighties i seem to remember a stop motion animation film from Norway I think it was Plintcliff Grand Prix,where an inventer lived on top of Plintcliff with two creachers that look like a mole and hedgehog,and this inventer has the plans for a super engine for a racing car stolen from him,can anyone confirm this!?!.!. and is it on dvd!?!.!. i have tried to google it but no results!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
