what do u like about Aisheterezu baby!? its shoujo ness or the main character's easy goingness!? or is it the relationship between the little girl and the teenage boy!? If its anime that u want, Peach Girl is a nice shoujo anime but no little children in it!.!.Ouran Host club is good too!.!.and Kodocha is great but no teenage-toddler relationship if thats what u want!.!.!.how about Kurenai!? never saw the anime but maybe!.!.!.u might like it
Edit:- If you want teenagers with a baby Daa!Daa!Daa! aka UFO baby is one and also for manga, I highly recommend Niko Niko Diary(Nico Nico Diary) which has an adult woman and a child , Usagi Drop has a man in his 30s and a child!.!.!.!.I hope this helped!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
