Depends on which vampires you're using!.
Vampires from shows like Buffy, Underworld, Blade, and Lost Boys are some of the weakest vampires I have ever seen!. The vamps and wolves from Underworld use guns for chrissakes!

Vampires from Bram Stoker's Dracula, Interview with a Vampire, and Queen of the Damn are VERY powerful and would tear any werewolf character apart like tissue paper!.
These vamps have a wide array of mental powers, can shape change, they can fly, have super speed, super strength to rip steel doors of their hinges, Ankasha can cause other characters to burst into flames and die screaming, and the vampires from Kindred the RPG have all sorts of powers plus sorcery!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Werewolves have regeneration!. Vampires might, but they're dead and they need blood to heal and live, where werewolves do it naturally!. Werewolves have bigger claws and I think overall they're stronger!. I don't think they're vulnerable to mind control while they're werewolfing either - they're too single minded!.
also, werewolves can wait until daylight and then get the vampire while it's weak or sleeping!. I think, unless it was surprised from behind, the werewolf would win!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Although I love vampires, a werewolf could kill a vampire whilst in human form in the day!. However, if the vampires were like in twilight, where they didn't need sleep, thn it'd deffinatly be vampires because they can move a lot faster than werewolfs!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

werewolf would win not just beacuse i like them better its because werewolfs are much more powerful then Vampires!. also same werewolfs can control there transform state in watch they can go werewolf any time they want to!. but Vampires have to came out at night!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Werewolves are physically stronger than average Vampires, but Elder Vampires can sometimes have equal strength to a Werewolf!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
