Currently, it would be the Space/Time jutsu he developed with his version of the Mangenkyo Sharingan!. It allows him to temporarily send any oject or part of an object (including part of a person) into another dimension!. Kakashi-sensei's ultimate attack is his only original jutsu - Raikiri [Lightning Blade]!. It is his version of Chidori [One Thousand Birds] which he taught to Sasuke!.
