According to the Marvel Handbook the Hulk isn't even in the 100 ton class range UNTIL he gets angry!. When he gets angry, then he becomes stronger!.
According to the DC Encyclopedia Superman awake or asleep is ALREADY past 200,000,000 tons!. And that was AFTER John Byrne decreased his powers in the 80s!.
So, let's see - Supes and Hulk fight!. Hulk gets angry and reaches the 100 ton class!.
So what!? Supes is WAY past that!.
They keep fighting, and Hulk reaches 200 tons!.
So what!? Supes is STILL way past THAT!. They keep fighting and Hulk reaches 300 tons!.
So what!? Supes is STILL past that!. They keep fighting and Hulk finally breaks into the 1,000 ton range!.

Superman is stronger then the hulk, he is the ultimate being!. The only reason he gets manhandled is because like he said when he fought Darkseid, he always has to hold back so he wont hurt or kill someone!. But then he figured Darkseid could handle it so he gave him such a clobber that It destroyed half metropolis and it sent Darkseid flying!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Well, I guess it depends on how you define strength!.!. the Hulk cannot fly, like Superman!.!. Superman could lift something heavy and fly it away, but the hulk would be limited to gravity!.!. though superman can fly around in space as well!.!.!.
