Marvel Comics does not consider unsolicited material, and if they did the traditional means of making proposals is by sending letters of inquiry through the mail!.
It is extremely unlikely that any publisher would ever be interested in an "idea," but I'll assume you mean a synopsis f a storyline!. If you can learn how to write comic scripts (and letters of inquiry) and can interest one of the smaller comics publishers (small enough to be willing to work with an unpublished author) in letting you write scripts for them (perhaps for free or perhaps for a token amount) and can demonstrate that you can keep deadlines, write decent dialogue, come up with relatively original plots, and work with an artist, you might eventually be able to interest one editor or another at Marvel in your skills as a writer!. Obviously, since you apparently don't know anything about the submission process (or the fact that Marvel doesn't accept unsolicited material), you have a long way to go before you could ever hope to interest anyone at Marvel in any of your "ideas!."Www@Enter-QA@Com

Sometimes you can catch people from Marvel at the conventions and you can show them your work, but it's usually art based !.!.!. hard to give you critique on writing/ideas without really looking at it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
