I think it would be much stronger and look like just a pure red iris with not pupils and the not have the weird marking of the sharingan, which would make it even more deadly, because no one knows which move their child would do next!.
I think a good name for this eye could be called sharkugan or the byaingan!. I prefer sharkugan (it makes me think of Kisame)!.

The Sharingan is descendant from the Byakugan!. If the Sharingan is a dominant gene, some of the kids would have it!. Any that don't have the Sharingan should have the Byakugan!. They would not merge into some superior technique!.
