Not all of the death note episodes are dubbed yet because they are still being aired!. They come on cartoonnetwork on adultswim saturday night like at midnight or 12:30

You can try gofish!.com, veoh!.com, crunchyroll!.com!. Maybe youtube also, but I know that they were showing the dubbed version of death note on Adult Swim (cartoon network) but its almost over!. There are about 4-6 episodes left!.
