Yes, in the movie FMA: Conqueror of Shambala!. Last we saw him in FMA anime, he had entered the gate and had entered our world, however, as he transmuted himself from human into his dragon form and our world is more onto physics than alchemy, he could not transmute himself back to human again, and was stuck in that form since!.
