Can't remember comic name!?!

all the charcters are animals (mostly cats and dogs)
two of the main charchters are cats with the names of Tipper and Blue!.
there a pink bunny that was going out with a slug
and a panda is in it also!.
please help me!
i know that the name is two words and may start with a S or a L or a T!.
