Inuyasha is an obvious choice because of the Koga tribe are humanoid-wolf demons!.
The anime Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust has a werewolf character who has an additional wolf mouth in his abdomen and has wolflike features even though he mainly looks human!. The movie explains he's a mutant who probably descended from genetic experiments that occured centuries ago!.
There's supposed to be another werewolf in the horror anime Night Warriors Darkstalkers Revenge though I never saw the specific episode that character appears in!.
