Question: Are there any other characters in anime that look half male/half female like Yubel from Yu-Gi-Oh! GX!?
I was just wondering, because it seems like a really interesting concept!. I'm not talking about regular hermaphrodites!. I'm literally saying half male/half female!. I've been looking for info on Yubel, and apparently she/he is a hermaphrodite, despite halved appearances!. Berg Katse (Gatchaman) could be another example, though she/he alternates genders (originally a set of twins that fused in the womb)!.

Ah, so many of them xD Especially from Naruto!. Haku and Orochimaru are mainly 'he-she' xD But Mello from Death Note is very VERY he-she-like xDD It's odd how manga artists do that O!.oWww@Enter-QA@Com

To be frank, there's actually VERY few actual hermaphrodites in anime (not counting hentai of course)!. I only know 1 hermaphrodite named Asuka Ran from the Devilman Lady and he/she's pretty sexually androgenous when she isn't wearing sexy miniskirts!. Since I haven't seen all of the episodes, I don't know how did she gets those big boobs, she didn't have them as a teenager!.
The boobs really do make her look like a woman!.
You could say half of the cast of anime like Fruits Basket or Saint Seiya have characters of dubious sex!. The fact that Misty and Aphrodite from Saint Seiya act like total pansies doesn't make them look that masculine either though the series clearly shows both of them are male (yes, Aphrodite DOES strip naked in one of the movies!. That scene is pretty damn creepy BTW)!.
There's another character from another Masami Kuramada anime: B't X!. It features a character named Camila who may or may not be a man or a woman!. The series never really states which his or her sex is and he/she's pretty damn androgenous looking!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
