I'd use it to eliminate the extreme evils in the world ie!. Bin Laden or Kim jong il after I was through having my fun with dilivering their horrifiyingly painful dramatic deaths!. I would target the others extreme criminals like muderers or rapists pedophiles then I would use the DN to help myself and my family and I would secertly advertise my new found powers to help people(they have to prove to me they real needed my help though, I dont kill for fun, some people just despite how much society helps them just need to be killed) for a price!. then live the rest of my life guilt free using the DN on my travels and daily life!.
