It's going to be pretty hard!. The Japanese company that licenses Sailor Moon did not allow any non-Japanese company to keep the license after it expired, so the only manga left are the raw Japanese versions (since they still have the license), anything that companies had in stock (little to none since it's been about 3 years now), and the used copies that you're seeing on eBay!.
There was a rumor that TokyoPop is trying to renegotiate the manga rights, so maybe someday they'll be back in print!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
