Do you mean an actual manga editor or a fanbased scanlations manga editor!? I'm guessing you'd need to fulfil some qualifications to be an actual manga editor (a main one being, you'd probably have to live in japan) !.!.!. and you'd basically critique a mangaka's work (storyline, impact, etc) !.!.!.
if you mean fanbased scanlations manga editor though, then all you need is photoshop and a scanlations group willing to train you if you join them!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
