Green Arrow doesn't really have villian's on account of He only helps the little man, He original believe that the justice league didnt help the little people because they were to worried about world domation supervillians, alien invasions, and monster to have time to stop simple bank robbers, street thugs, or small terriest groups that simple attack the little guy!. He refused to join the league but was convence later to join!. He tends to deal with simple gangs, Drug dealers, and politics then with supervillians, aliens, robots or monsters!.
how ever green arrow does have five well 7 if you count crossing over villians!.
