Has to be the Star Village Arc in Naruto!. Holy crap, the character design was unappealing and terrible, the plot lacked, the characters had no personality, the animation sucked!. It couldn't get any worse besides that it dragged on for close to 10 episodes!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
