Ironmman wins because Steel is to one dimensional and Ironman more than enough weapons in his metal suit to counter the all mighty huge hammer!.
Flash beats Quicksilver because he is the fastest man alive so he would be outslugging Magnetos son!.
Green Arrow beats Hawkeye with knocking him out because his combat level is slighty above the other rebel archer!.
Nightwing beats Daredevil because he's had way more experience, taught by the best the almighty Batman, and battled way tougher opponents!. Double D gives him a fight but soon enough Nightwing just wipes the floor with him!.

Could go either way if Dethstrike could manage to land her claws in Shiva but Lady Shiva could just keep waring her down eventually finding a way to defeat her!.
