Question: Can someone explain the ending of "Akira" to me!?
So i just got done watching Akira and i'm confused!. Did tetsuo, those three kids, and akira all become a new universe!? thats what i thought, but im not sure if its rightWww@Enter-QA@Com

the anime and the manga are two very different things!. In the end of the movie Akira's remains become Akira, and he uses his powers to create a universe within Tetsuo and himself!. In the manga Akira is actually an extremely powerful character!. The most powerful in the series!. At the end of the manga there is a huge fight taking place!. Tetsuo begins to mutate (like in the anime) and he is about to create an explosion similar to the one that Akira created (Heart of Destruction)!. Akira uses his powers and just like in the movie creates a new universe with Tetsuo!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
