Who just carries kryptonite on them (except for Lex Luthor and Batman) on the off chance that they MIGHT battle Supes!?
None of the X-Men have the power to defeat Supes in a straight up fight!.
Wolvie!? His claws can't even cut through Supe's suit let alone his skin!. And let's see Wolvie's regeneration handle being punched into the sun!.
Storm!? The guy can survive outer space!. What's a little rain gonna do to him!?
Colossus!? Heat Vision can turn him into molten metal!.
Nightcrawler!? Yeah, go teleport away to get help, dude!.
Cyclops!? His eye blasts will just piss him off, and Supes has more powerful and far deadlier eye blasts!. Heat Vision anyone!?
Prof X and Phoenix might have a chance if they attack his mind, but that's about it!.
Beast!? His gorilla body and big brains can't do much against a guy that can bench press an aircraft carrier without breaking a sweat, and has more advanced alien tech at his command!.
Bishop and Gambit!? They can't even handle many of the Marvel characters, so how the heck are they gonna battle someone who is immune to both of their powers!?
Ice Man!? His ice powers are nothing to someone who can survive in outer space!. Go back to making ice cubes at the bar!.
Tessa/Sage!? Yeah, go observe and analyze his powers and still not come up with a way to defeat him because you don't have anything in your inventory that will help you!.
Angel/Archangel!? Being able to fly with wings on a planet with an atmosphere compared to a guy who fly at warp whatever number you wanna apply in space!.!.!.!. Hmmmm!.!.!. I'll go with the alien who can travel to distant planets BY HIMSELF!.
Havok!? He could knock Supes back a little, but then what!? Supes would just shrug off the blasts and beat the living snot out of him!.
You might as well add all the X-Men, New Mutants, X-Force, X-Factor, and the rest of the mutant teams together to give Supes a decent work out!. Otherwise, this fight will be over in seconds!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
