How many tails of the Nine Tail Fox power can Naruto control?!

In the manga, Jiraiya mentioned that Naruto have control over himself until the third tail!. Once the fourth tail emerges, he loses consciousness and the Kyubi will take control of his body!. So,far Naruto can only control up to 3 tails,without losing control and letting the Kyuubi take over!. However so far Naruto can't control more then 3 tails!. After Naruto unleashes 4 more tails or over the Kyuubi starts to take over!. At this point Naruto's appearance completely changes as well as his strength,Naruto's appearance in the 4-tailed for looks like a mini Kyuubi!. At this state the Kyuubi is in control and Naruto himself cannot do anything at the time,while the Kyuubi is controlling Naruto's body!. also even though the Kyuubi is power is very strong,it can also hurt Naruto as well becasue,of the Kyuubi raw chakra it can damage Naruto's body!.
