Scariest anime series ever?!

Yeah Paranoia Agent was very very creepy!. Monster adds some horror to the creepiness, classic thriller genre!.
Ghost in the Shell is like that too!.
As for Jigoku Shoujo it fits in the same category as Elfen Lied!.
Lots of cool horror manga like Dark Edge!.
Lament of the Lamb has a 4episode OVA!.
Laughing Target is old but if you can find it its pretty good!
Ghost in the Shell: Innocence was scary!
