The Shippuden movie had just come out today in Japan on dvd (4/23/8)
Although you can't at least not yet since the movie had just come out today!.
However it will be unlikely that the Shippuden movie will be released in english subs the same day!. Most likely it will be out sub sometime a week after it comes out!.

The raw DVD has already been released yesterday, April 23, '08!. The best sub group (DB) who do the Naruto franchise usually gets the movies subbed within the week after the DVD's release!.
