Anime is to many people just a cartoon, but japanese culture has allowed many animes that were made for adults, or older teenagers!. Some are complex and make you think, and some are extremely violent!. Something we used to not see here in the US barely at all!. Now there's some of these adult-oriented cartoons in the US, but when comparing our crappy adult-comedy/violent cartoons to anime, there is surely no comparison!. They have been doing it a lot longer than we have!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I believe for those who say they don't like anime, the person must have judge all anime by the one they watched and didn't like! There are plenty anime to choose from to suit anyone's taste!
