The He-man cartoon, was it suppose to reflect the middle ages ?!

Question: The He-man cartoon, was it suppose to reflect the middle ages !?
The He-man cartoon, was it suppose to reflect the middle ages !?

Half the world complained about Harry Potter, influencing witch-craft to kids, but when I was a kid!.

I didn't notice all the strange stuff on He-man!.

Was Skeletor a evil wizard, a spirit or something !?

What exactly is He-man's little buddy Orco, with the O shirt !?

Finally, as the theme goes!. His friend the sorceress, what is the meaning of all this !? ( in sorcery, do people turn into birds like she did )

You'll probably say it's just a cartoon, but the whole concept seems pretty real!.

HE-MAN intro: http://www!.youtube!.com/watch!?v=JEsHUel04!.!.!.

I'm not rallying against He-man, I'm just confused as a adult with the whole meaning of the cartoon!.

Try to explain this in your own words, even if your using Wikipedia to answer my question!. Don't give me Wikipedia, or any long drawn out reference website!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Answers:
He-Man was set on the world of Eternia, in another dimension!. The time period there would roughly correspond to our medieval period, with some advanced tech and magic available!.
Skeletor would have been a wizard gone so bad he became a revenant, or undead creature whose spirit remains behind to finish a task or goal from life, and is usually sustained by dark magics!.
Orko was an apprentice wizard from another dimension, and was thought (by human standards of beauty) to be repulsively hideous so he kept his face hidden!. also he and his whole race were innate levitationists, as they had no feet!.
The sorceress was the guardian of Grayskull castle, a fortress that acted as a giant repository or well for the magic inherent in Eternia - sort of like a nexus point for hundreds of ley lines!. She obviously could tap into and direct that energy in order to power her own spells and abilities, as well as providing the open line Prince Adam needed to transform into He-Man!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

i loved he-man as a boy and read all the potter books and seen and have all the current movies!.

the biggest difference is he-man was a dinky little cartoon!. where as harry potter is a world wide sensation!. it got children and adults all over the world picking up sticks and trying to cast spells and use magic!. and when a book or theme rivals any and all books in the world!. it scares religious people and they think its evil!. something for them to ***** about!.
and the time period in he-man is mixed modern with tech and mix with the old!. not necessarily medieval times!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
