Yes!. Currently they are in the process of creating a live-action movie!. I CANT'T WAIT!!! supposedly, audition are, or already have been held!. Word is that that is the reason the new Avatar episodes took so long to air again!.!.!.!.!.it's because they are currently working on a much bigger project!.!.!.!.THE MOVIE!!!!
As far as actors go, they have to use just the right people or else the movie will be bad!. Because it is a "Live-action" movie, meaning non-animated, it's seriously unlikely that they will use the same people who did the voices!.!.!.!.unless they can somehow prove that they can act well!.

Apparently M!. Night Shyamalan (the guy who wrote and directed Sixth Sense and many others) really liked Avatar and he announced that he'll begin to film the live-action movie in 2009 and will be shown in 2010!.!.!.!.!.!.long wait but i'm excited!!!.!.!.!.!.No news 'bout the cast though!.!.!.
