Question: Before the Bount arc, how exactly did Ichigo lose bankai again, in Bleach!?
Answers:
He never lost it in the manga!. But in the anime filler, with the Bount, he lost it because he had just recently learned Bankai and didn't understand that Zangetsu was his own power and not another person!. Therefore he had to go through a second phase to learn this so he could reuse his Bankai

Ichigo never had it before the fight with him and Byakuya!. Before that he trained with Yoruichi and Zangetsu to unlock bankai after that he could use it from then on out!. He used it to to fight Byakuya and Aizen!. So,he never lost it to begin with!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
technically he never lost it but after he left soul society he went through a weird phase where he was affraid to use it for some strange reason!.!.!.!.!.!.sorry its been a while since ive seen that peticular chapter!. anyway hope this helps!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
well he never lost it it was either he was scared to use it because of that hollow mask thing and also the spiritual particles are wayy greater then they are in the real world so its easier to use your powers and they increase, when ichigo got back it was harder for him to use it because he got stronger because he was just in the soul society but now since hes back on earth it will be harder for him to get bankai!. (more spiritual particles in soul society then earth is basic cause)Www@Enter-QA@Com
He never lost it in the first place!.!.!.!.!.!.!.he's just afraid of the fact that everytime he uses bankai, his hollow side might take over!.!.!.!.!.plus it's harder to battle the Bounts on Earth because of lack of spirit particles while soul society is overflowing with spirit particles!.!.!.!.!.
