Well like the Bount arc, the arc with the new captain that begins with episode 168 is a filler for the manga to take a lead again!. As such the manga will continue on from chapter 286 where the battle between Ichigo and Grimmjow ended(that corresponds to episode 167) and I think adds some details about the past of the Vizard too!. So read 287 on!.

168 doesnt exist as a magna chapter, b/c it's a filler episode and isn't written by Tite Kubo!.
ep 168 will be the first filler for the new arc, it's about the new captain, who is replacing Gin Ichimaru

the end of the ichigo/grimmjow fight is manga chapter 286!. the anime has introduced a filler arc, so if you want to know what happens next, read 286 (since the ending is a bit different from the anime) and go from there!.
