Yes they are named!. Their names are Kotetsu and Izumo!. Kotetsu is the one with that bandag over his nose!. And Izumo is the one with some hair over his eye!.

they're just chunin exam proctors!. they're not really named in the manga, they're under ibiki morino though, i believe!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
