Um!.!.!.!.!.I think you should improve on the eyes!. LIke start out with one line above, and then a U and then another one and!.!.!.Well, I draw anime!.!.!.and my friends say its really cute and good!. I learned from the interent!. Lol Drawing isn't something you can learn in a flash!. It takes time!.
Practice on your own with your own original characters, I'll gaurentee it'll look horrible the first few times, but after a few tries, you'll get the idea of what not to do, and what looks good!. The only way to draw without having the picture in front of you is to learn how to draw your own original characters I find!. The rest will come naturally!. ^^
A good Way to start is to find a manga with good art, and try to learn how the author of that manga drew it!. Then, add your own little modifications so that it looks like 'your style'!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

since you already seem to be going down the path of a future fan artist, try practice drawing smaller acorn-shaped heads!. that one is kinda big!. also, try to get a feel for how a character's body looks!. drawing anorexic thin-armed girls are creepy, so do your best to stay away from that!.
