Ninja!. They have multiple attacks,really cool abilities, (sometimes) cool outfits, and you could brag to all your friends "Ha, ha, I'm a ninja!" and play pranks on them, ect!.
Shiningami, despite their wicked appearance, have a dreary [after!?] life!. All they do is watch down on Earth and decide who to kill or not!. Sometimes a shiningami finds being a shiningami boring, as we see in the case of Ryuk!. (Famous Quote: "Heh, heh!.!.!.I was bored!.")Www@Enter-QA@Com
