I know who you're talking about; she's called the Painted Lady!. The BoomerAANG squad (as they are affectionately called) decided to rest at a small villiage, where they see sick and poor people everywhere!. Right after their arrival, they learn of a mysterious waterbending spirit who has been helping these people (i!.e!. leaving them food, giving them medicine and water) and is said to be the guardian of the village: the Painted Lady!.
Later, under investigation, the Painted Lady is found to be Katara!. When Aang discovers this, he helps Katara (a!.k!.a!. Painted Lady) in destroying the disgusting arms factory that pollutes the villiage's clean water and even some Fire Nation soldiers!.

She is just an old lady that got traped in a prison by the fire nation for like 40 years or so and while she was in prision she learned to blood bend now shes out of jail but blood bending this guy to open the door now she taught katara how to blood bend but katara doesn't like it one bitWww@Enter-QA@Com
