I think this pic is really good if u didn't just copy it from somewhere, ok I'm not a pro, but i like this because pose and proportions are good, so as facial expression, tough you should work more on details of clothes, hair and also rasengan if u gonna draw it somewhen again because right now it looks more like a pancake ^^ however i think it's very good sketch for a start (i assume it is, well anywayz..), keep practicing and I'm sure you'll do lot of cool drawings in future, good luck! ;]
it's not bad... but not great, either. keep practicing and you will get much better.
