Question: I adore KKJ. I love the manga and think it's just gorgeous.
I actually like the anime a lot too. My only real beef with it is that yes, there were quite a few filler/monster of the week episodes... and that the art went downhill the second half of the show.
Still... I loved the Chiaki/Maron and Sinbad/Jeanne interaction; possibly even more in the anime than in the manga. Access was also a lot of fun. And Miyako is just crazy and I love her. The anime really shines in bringing the characters to life, even if we don't get as much backstory.
I actually produced a fandub of episode 17 (the gymnastics contest ep). The first half is on youtube if anyone feels like watching KKJ in English. ;)

Me? I love the manga. The anime is sort of...eh. Too many fillers.
I just love Arina Tanemura in general. Her art and stories are awesome.

i also love Arina Tanemura. shes one of my favourite manga artists. Her storys are always really good, and wonderfully drawn!
