Question: 1) Why is Kyo part of the Sohma family if he is a cat? Cats are not on the Zodiac thing...
2) Uhh, I finished volume 1, where does it start in the Anime for volume 2? Know what I mean?
3) FB or OHSHC? I like the FB story, but OHSHC has more cooler art, (though they look kinda the same)

1. Kyo is member of the Sohma family who was born possessed by the spirit of the cat. For how the cat spirit fits into the 12 signs you'll have to finish the series. Now that I think of it, the story never explains why curse is on the Sohma family in the first place.
2. I don't know, it's been a long time since I seen the anime.
3. I haven't seen OHSHC. the FB anime did a really good job with the sound effects and timing for sight gags.
4. I guy, I watch FB, I read manga too, I like Machi (manga).
5. They wanted to save ink. na, I know what you mean, I'm reading Negima and for a while it was like, wait, what, her hairs green not blond, hers is blue not white, huh.
6. I kind of like Ichigo 100%, honestly though, the story kept going around the same circle for the bulk of it.

1) i'm guessing its because Tohru has always liked cats and she might fall in love with him or something.
I'm only on the first one and I don't like it that much for some reason, but my favorite is Kyo...poor guy!
1) He used to be, until he was kicked out. That still makes him a former zodiac member.
2)You should start from episode 1. The manga and anime have alot of changes. I think about 6-8 if you not willing to watch episode 1.
3)FB has a better story. Ouran is cuter and funnier.

kyos the cat to symbolize how the creator natsuki takaya(i spell her name wrong often srry)thougt added value to the story,it was suppose to show how its connected to the curse in a way.
